Understanding Users
UX research is an approach that allows us to understand who the users of a solution are, in order to help the design team design products that are best adapted to the target audience. The methods and tools of UX research allow us to investigate and formalize user needs, expectations, motivations, issues, difficulties, usage contexts and real or anticipated paths.

This training is intended for UX, product managers (PO), business analysts, project managers and marketing professionals who wish to understand and implement a UX research approach in their team, with a need to put the UX Guerilla testing approach into practice.
Structure and Logistics
This 1-day training can be given in 2 half-day sessions. This allows participants to integrate the concepts between sessions, to identify their questions and to better apply what they have learned.

Training Plan
This course introduces the concept of UX research and explains how to effectively integrate it into a product approach. You will also experience the steps of a key UX research tool that is used in an Agile environment: guerrilla user testing.
The training is a combination of theoretical concepts, practical workshops, group discussions and case studies.
